    3 months of treatment, diligently according to my doctor, 2 times a day after meals. Overall improvement in my life!!!! My blood sugar has decreased, better sleep, increased energy!!!! Many times I experience coughing when I drink it, but they told me it's normal due to the Alpha-Lipoic Acid. I dissolve it in juice and it's even better!

ναι είναι φυσιολογικό. Προέρχεται από το Α Λιποϊκό οξύ. Ο ιατρός μου πρότεινε να το διαλύω σε γιαούρτι ή χυμό αν με ενοχλεί πολύ. Εγώ το πίνω με νερό κ το έχω συνηθίσει.
