Very beautiful shoe. I got them half a size larger; I normally wear a 40, so I got a 40.5 and they fit me perfectly. The only downside, as other buyers have also mentioned, is that they slip on wet ground; otherwise, they are very good and comfortable for walking.

Very comfortable shoes, especially compared to the classic all stars! I ordered the leather ones half a size bigger (I wear 37.5 in the classic ones and ordered 38) and they fit me perfectly! Ordering one size bigger for the leather ones, I think is an exaggeration. As for how slip-resistant they are, I can't comment because I haven't tried them on wet ground (and I probably won't dare to)!

I am very satisfied. I have been wearing Converse for 17 years because the first ones I bought when I was 15 years old were hurting my little toe...these are very comfortable on the foot with a great fit.
The only negative thing I noticed today when I went out and it started raining...they are incredibly slippery. It doesn't bother me, I will pay attention to how I walk.
