Maybe I'm not the right person to talk about pre workout as none seem to do the job they promise for me. That is, I don't notice any boost at all. Single doses usually suffice for me. Nevertheless, pleasant taste and good solubility.

Very good product but use with caution. You may experience tachycardia, tingling, and numbness. Gradually and in moderation until your body gets used to it!!!!

very strong nitrate, the only bad thing is its taste. I didn't like it at all, I just gulped it down quickly. However, it does its job and then some. For me, especially the nitrate is for heavy workouts, take something lighter if you don't train with high intensity.

It's fine in terms of energy at least for the first few times. It suggests half a scoop but soon you want more to feel it. The problem is its taste which is very similar to pancake syrup, I personally don't like it

Okay, it definitely gives a boost and intensity. I didn't feel a strong "tingling." Be careful with the scoop. It's very strange as a doser, so read the instructions carefully. The full dose is basically half. Be careful because I was taking it wrong and stayed awake for 3 nights. :P The taste is okay.

It gives intensity and boosts you for more intense workouts.. whoever is sensitive to caffeine may experience insomnia..

I have tried many pre-workouts, and with NUITREND I wasn't that enthusiastic (one protein I bought had a sticky terrible texture and a fake taste) but I'm glad I was wrong. The first time it hit me hard (tingling etc.) and it lasts for 1.5 hours of quality. For a 107 kg person, it's just fine. As for taste? No pre-workout has a good taste and it requires a lot of water. I've been using it for a month and I will buy it again. Very good.

I decided to try it because I saw it from a kid at the gym and I liked the idea.

Sometimes it hits you during the workout and other times right after the workout. My workout is 15' cardio 45' weights. The only positive is its nice taste, but what good is that at this price? I buy Monster which is tastier and gives me the same pump in weights, as the dosages correspond to the same amount of energy drinks Monster at a price of 1.12 euros.

I wouldn't buy it again unless the price drops to half (~17 euros)

Very good product, I have tried other flavors from this brand and they are all tasty. The energy shows in the workouts, but personally, I believe that if you get used to it, you don't notice a difference afterwards. It's good to take some breaks. I will definitely buy again, maybe a different flavor this time.

Good pre-workout supplement that gives you plenty of energy. It's worth mentioning that it contains beta-alanine, and for those who haven't taken it before, be aware that it causes a strange sensation like tingling, mainly in the face, at least the first time. Don't be alarmed; it's a normal reaction that goes away after a while. This happens during the first two or three uses. After that, your body gets used to it, and you don't feel anything.

Really effective with small doses of creatine included and it tastes good as well, will buy it again.

I didn't like it, the taste is too intense and upsets my stomach. It's the 3rd pre-workout I've bought, the previous 2 times I had gotten Dorian Yates blood and guts kiwi pear/watermelon and I consider them much better. I wouldn't buy it again.

Top notch simply. It opens your eye, it also has creatine. Nice flavors it has, for different tastes of each, and it dissolves very easily even in frozen water.

Very good. You really feel a difference in difficult workouts. The taste is great. Just be careful with the dosage. It's easy to take a large dose and be affected by the caffeine.
After several uses, I am upgrading my evaluation: Everything I said still applies. However, I found that it affected my stomach in some workouts. I checked repeatedly that when I took it before swimming (a long time before), it bothered my stomach. Maybe it's indigestible. While in other workouts, I didn't feel bad.

It is the first pre-workout I have purchased, and I did notice a difference in my training (crossfit) compared to before when I didn't take anything. I would recommend to anyone taking such a supplement for the first time to start with half the dosage because the first time I took the regular dose (17g), I felt numbness (tingling) in my extremities for 2-3 minutes. The second time, I took 1/3 of the dose, then after 2-3 days, I took half, and now I take the full 17g without any problem.

What you need. Perfect ingredient ratio. Gives me energy for tough workouts and doesn't affect my sleep as much as some other preworkouts. Mediocre taste but not bothersome, just drink it quickly. Nutrend value. I recommend it.

Update 26/3/2023: It got a bit humid and went bad while there was still some left (it smelled). I always closed it tightly and screwed the lid on well though.

I give 4 stars for the following reason. They have removed 2 ingredients (inappropriate for the National Organization for Medicines). As a result, in order to have an effect, you need to take double the dosage. Someone with 10-15 years of experience looking for something strong, would not choose it again. But for a beginner, yes.
