Description

Description

The TTArtisan Tilt 50mm f/1.4 is a prime lens with a tilt mechanism that adjusts the plane of focus by up to 8° and rotates up to 90° to apply the effect in different directions. Its maximum aperture of f/1.4 supports photography in challenging lighting conditions and allows the subject to be separated from the background in portraits. The metal construction and manual focus with a textured focus ring enable smooth, continuous adjustment, while the focus and aperture rings are designed for compatibility with follow-focus systems.

The optical design consists of 7 elements in 6 groups, including high-refractive-index glass elements to reduce chromatic aberrations, geometric distortion, and spherical aberrations. The 12-blade aperture helps create bokeh.

The photos were taken in cloudy weather. Sweet spot at f2 and above. The lens is worth every euro.
