I need to replace the clean water tank something is wrong and the robot keeps telling me insufficient water in the clean water tank when it is full.
Bought from Skrouts.gr and Cyprus mi store tells me my serial number is not a product which is supported by the EU.
Where can I get new filter, new mops new brushes for this non EU regulated product ?
Bought for €795 in November 2026
The robot is still very new sadly no parts available in Cyprus therefore no support.
Anyone please give me some info.
