Προσωπικά την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει στο παρελθόν στα 100 κιλά. Δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα. Υποθέτω ότι για άτομο πάνω από 100 κιλά είναι περισσότερο ρίσκο για τον ασκούμενο παρά για την σανίδα.
