Σκληρότητα βάλτο στην μεσαία σκάλα μιας και το νερό της Αθήνας είναι πολύ καλό. Για θερμοκρασία βάλτο στην μεγαλύτερη μιας και η μεγαλύτερη οριακά αρκεί. Αν κάνεις light roasts η ασχολείσαι με specialty coffee ( single origin εννοείται με unpressurized) τότε ψάξε το delonghi dedica temrpature hack. Αλλιώς αν έχεις τα pressurized baskets βαλτο απλώς στην υψηλότερη και είσαι έτοιμος.
