Κάθε μέρα μασάζ το πρωί για 1 λεπτό και αλλά 2 λεπτά το αφήνεις ταυτόχρονα με τον πλύσιμο δοντιών. Παρά πολύ καιρό κρατάει το πήρα πριν ένα χρόνο το χρησιμοποιώ κάθε μέρα και ακόμη είμαι στη μέση. Τέλειο λευκαντικό και απολεπίστικο προϊόν.
