Σ' εμένα,κατά την εκχύλιση (dedica) με τον κραδασμό ξεβιδώνει το κλείστρο...... Για να έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο βάζω 16.5 gr και βγαίνει σούπερ!!
Ο λόγος που πετάει τον καφέ γύρω είναι επειδή 1) δεν είναι αρκετά λεπτοκομμενος ο καφές και 2) ότι δεν έχει σωστή κατανομή στο κλείστρο. Μπορείς να το διορθώσεις με το να πάρεις καφέ από ένα μαγαζί που σου αλεθει κόκκους στην κλίμακα που εσύ θες όπως π.χ coffee island ( έχω γράψει τον βαθμό άλεσης για τους καφέδες τους στην κριτική μου εφόσον χρησιμοποιείς εμφιαλωμένο νερό) ή να πάρεις ένα καλό μύλο καφέ ESPRESSO 200+€ και να κόβεις εσύ κόκκους. Για την σωστή κατανομή έχει αξεσουάρ που μπορείς να πάρεις λέγονται ισοκατανομητες καφέ.
Καλημερα ειμαι κατοχος deloghi delica ecb685. Σκεφτομαι να αγορασω ενα non filtered basked και αυτο φαινεται ιδανικο.
Ερωτηση απο το Efood οταν πας για Coffee Island σου εχει επιλογες για κοψιμο καφε 9-12bar Η >15Bar. Απο οτι εχω καταλαβει με το >15Bar θα ειμαι καλλυμενη με αυτο το Portafilter Οπως και με αυτο που ηρθε με την μηχανη?
