By far the best Omega-3s on the market, without a doubt! Hence the price, of course, but you get what you pay for. It helps to "oil" the machine, and I can see the difference over time. My heart and joints have improved. It's one of the "Must" supplements if you exercise or do heavy work. It also helps with muscle recovery after intense exercise (not as much as protein/creatine, but it helps there too). I only skip Omega-3 on days when I eat fish, like sardines.

I choose the capsules with lemon and they do not cause any stomach discomfort or fishy taste at all. An expensive product, which becomes even more expensive as an import in Greece.
