The Schumacher 60148 battery charger and maintainer supports 12 V and 24 V batteries, with selectable output current depending on the voltage. Its digital display shows multiple readings and fault indicators, while its recovery, power supply and showroom modes meet a range of charging and power supply needs.

Showroom mode provides 13.8 V and 21 A to support the vehicle battery during demonstrations. Power supply mode keeps the vehicle’s memory active while the battery is being replaced or disconnected. If the power supply is interrupted, the charging cycle is saved and resumes automatically when power is restored. Recovery mode is intended for WET and AGM batteries that have been inactive for a long time and show signs of acid stratification.
