It offers ease and requires less force when peeling thick or tough skins. It is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users, thanks to a special finger position that ensures an easier grip.

The side hole facilitates the removal of blemishes from vegetables. The metal blade is made of durable stainless steel and the handle of varnished beech wood. The peeler is lightweight, fits perfectly in the hand, and ensures high comfort during work.

  • DUO = two stainless steel blades:
  • Peeling blade with micro-serrated edges: Effective for all types of vegetables including those with thin or smooth skin (e.g., tomatoes, peppers, eggplants).
  • Sharp and durable Julienne blade: Ideal for vegetable spaghetti (carrots, zucchinis, cucumbers, beets, sweet potatoes, turnips) and for preparing salads or appetizers.

The natural wooden handle requires proper care to maintain its properties. It is recommended not to wash it in a dishwasher, not to expose it to prolonged contact with water, and to dry and wipe it after each use.
