The Tactiki board game is a strategy game for 2 players, in which memory and tactics play an important role. Players move and stack pieces on a square 5x5 board, trying to form a tower or statue of five pieces on the opponent’s starting row. The goal is for one of the two gods, TAC or TIKI, to prevail first.
On each turn, a player can move one piece one space forward, left, or right, or return a defeated piece to the game. Backward and diagonal moves are not allowed. When a piece moves to a space occupied by other pieces, it is placed on top of them; if it encounters an opponent’s piece, the two players reveal their strength, and the weaker piece is removed from the game.
