- General usage/maintenance instructions for Cookware

  • Before using the product for the first time, remove all tags and stickers, and clean it with water and soap.
  • Boil a small amount of water, allow it to cool, then dry carefully, brush the non-stick surface with olive oil, and wipe lightly.
  • It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick pot.
  • Choose the right size burner that is closest to the diameter of the pot and center the pot over the heat source.
  • We recommend using the pot on low or medium heat not exceeding 280° C.
  • Never cook greasy foods to the extent that they burn and blacken.
  • Carefully store the pot to keep the internal non-stick coating intact.
  • Pots with plastic handles MUST NOT be used in the oven.
  • Cleaning: Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
  • Do not use abrasive and corrosive products, powdered cleaners, or oven cleaning products.
  • Make sure not to overheat the pot when it is empty.
