The Endorfy Regnum 400 Air computer case is a mid tower with a tempered glass side panel and supports ATX, Micro ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. It comes with four pre-installed Stratus 120 PWM fans—three at the front and one at the rear—with speeds of 200–1400 rpm, and supports up to 8 fans. For liquid cooling, it accommodates radiators up to 360 mm at the front, 280 mm at the top and 120 mm at the rear.

The interior fits a graphics card up to 370 mm long, a CPU cooler up to 162 mm tall and a power supply up to 296 mm long. The storage bays can be configured for either 2 × 2.5" drives and 2 × 3.5" drives, or 4 × 2.5" drives.
