Excellent build quality, the size is perfect, like a small trunk. It includes various straps so it can be easily adjusted, the waterproof bag is inside, it hasn't been tested yet but as a material it seems that water won't get to the items but the outer part will get wet as well as anything in the side pockets. It also has a simple case for storage.
