Tasting characteristics: The second bottling of the Heavenly Cask Collection - El Alma in limited edition. Matured through the Solera process with four different types of barrels - various former Bourbon barrels, former Oloroso Sherry, and former Pedro Ximénez Sherry-Casks. Initially, sweet aromas of ripe bananas and pineapples appear. Then, soft notes of mild honey and vanilla. Satisfying and creamy taste with notes of bananas and pineapple, followed by strong notes of dark chocolate and toffee. In the background, there are slightly spicy notes of tobacco and leather. Long finish with an elegant, not overly sweet touch.
