Interpretive recording of current criminal procedural law with "step-by-step" processing of criminal trials.
Functional integration of significant changes brought about by recent amending laws (Law 3811/2009, 3860/2010, 3904/2010) is also attempted in this direction. An independent chapter is also inserted on evidence in criminal trials, where the terms and limits of the search for truth are clearly and accurately formulated.
The work thus explores the procedural phases of criminal trials, defines them in their practical dimension, and enriches them with significant positions of recent case law. Through the combined analytical presentation of theory opinions and case law choices, theoretically substantiated and practically applicable solutions are provided. Thus, an interpretation is derived that supports practice and is supported by it.
Like the previous four editions, this one also includes a user-friendly index of terms.
The work is addressed to both scholars of criminal procedural law and practitioners: judges and lawyers.
