    The packaging comes as a simple box wrapped in thin nylon. No protection or papers inside the box. I bought 2 pieces and both were poorly made, the tube and the base. Poor craftsmanship and poor quality construction, the gold cup on top of the fixture is crooked and has rust on it. After the trouble I went through with it, I didn't return it, I tried to straighten it myself as much as possible with doubtful results. Even the base plate had holes everywhere!!! DISGUSTING. It's a shame that they were the only ones that visually matched the ceiling light.
