είναι 3pin σύνδεση οπότε πάντα φουλ στροφές γυρνάνε αν είναι πάνε σε ένα 4pin
Καλησπέρα, κοίτα στο bios μήπως έχει κάποιο profile ενεργοποιημένο (performance , silent , optimal) συνήθως είναι στο monitoring menu.

Άμα τα έχεις συνδέσει πάνω στη μητρική, ρυθμίζονται οι στροφές τους από τα bios. Άμα παίρνουν ρεύμα από το τροφοδοτικό, δεν ρυθμίζονται και θα γυρνάνε πάντα σε φουλ στροφές
