It has these little beads (capsules) that don’t always dissolve easily, and personally I found them a bit annoying during application.
For dark spots on the décolleté, I did see some difference; they lightened slightly. On the face, however, where my discolorations are milder, I didn’t notice a significant result.
I think its formula is quite gentle and not a very strong product. It takes patience and consistent use to see changes, something I don’t particularly have with products when I want them to give me a more noticeable result.

I stopped using it to see if the serum was responsible and indeed they subsided! I tried to use it again but after 2-3 days the same thing happened... So I stopped using it.
