Two-component epoxy primer without solvents for wet surfaces.

Provides a permanent solution on floors where the concrete substrate is wet and the surface is saturated with water.

• Suitable for liquid concrete floors (without rising moisture) that will be coated with resin systems or paints (Epoxol®, Neopox®, Neodur®).
• Used as a primer for cementitious substrates where waterproofing systems Neoproof® Polyurea will be applied.
• Creates a vapor barrier.
• Serves as a binding resin for creating smoothing, leveling, repair mortars, etc.
• Can be bonded to old and new concrete.
