In 6 months of daily use, it has frayed at the edges. It also leaves a huge mark on the forehead, something that much cheaper balaclavas did not do. Money wasted, unfortunately.

but on a medium head, it restricts my peripheral field of view, while the vertical opening is so large that it does not easily and tightly cover the nose as shown in the photos.

perfect fit and feel...but 40€ is a lot for a balaclava. and the one I have from China..... does the job just fine. if I bought dainese again, I would get the silk one. the Thermo is not so necessary in our country, unless you are from Northern Greece..
