The Risoli Granito shallow casserole is made of 6 mm thick cast aluminium and has a Granite non-stick coating reinforced with mineral particles. It is suitable for induction hobs and cooking at low or medium heat, without adding fat. The coating is free from PFOA and nickel.

Before first use, wash with hot water, liquid soap and a soft sponge, dry thoroughly, then coat with butter or oil. Do not heat it empty or leave it on the hob after the liquid has evaporated, as overheating may damage the coating.
