      Basically, I asked for walnut color and got a lighter wood color in a Sonoma style. For the money, it's not bad, but not more than that; just the shade for the lamp is really very basic/rough (plus I found a piece of it broken), a little smaller than I expected, so I replaced it on the spot with another spare I had. Additionally, if you assemble it correctly and tighten it well, it looks stable as a lamp, it's easy and you can almost do it without the instructions - I just wish it had some little feet underneath so it wouldn't drag on the floor (fortunately, I had some felt and we got past that too)
