PURE UNADDRESSED PRE-ACCELERATED POLYESTER 2 COMPONENTS

CONSTRUCT is a pure thixotropic two-component polyester specifically designed for constructions.

It offers high strength, elasticity, and adhesion. It spreads easily, dries quickly, does not shrink, and can be easily sanded. It can be used alone or in combination with fiberglass.

Instructions:

• New surfaces: surfaces must be dry and clean of oils and dust that may negatively affect bonding. Slightly roughen the surfaces with sandpaper.
• Old surfaces: it is important to remove loose parts, rust, and oils, sand, and clean well. Remove debris and dust with soapy water and then rinse with clean water. Fill with MULTI FILLER or PLASTIC METAL where necessary.
• Application: Apply one coat of CONSTRUCT with 2%-3% catalyst using a brush or roller. Allow the mixture to set and spread the fiberglass over it. Immediately after, apply a second coat of CONSTRUCT, pressing sufficiently with the brush or roller to avoid intermediate bubbles and to create a solid bond with the fiberglass. If a thicker layer is required, repeat the above process.

Notes:

• Do not use more than 2% hardener, especially at high temperatures, as it accelerates drying.
• Mix only the required amount of polyester with catalyst to avoid the mixture setting before application.
• Close containers and catalyst tightly after use.
