It consists of a large main backpack that has a removable, smaller zippered backpack at the front, which can also be used on its own. It features a padded back carrying system and a Laser Cut MOLLE system on the front and sides. Inside, there are MOLLE straps for configuring the space and internal attachment points for medical equipment.
