    4 stars for the difficulty of installation. Good printer that reduces consumable expenses. The only problem is the information from HP about the installation process. If connected with Ethernet on Windows, do not install using HP smart tools, simply add the printer with tcp/ip (not Ipp or anything else) and once completed, go to the HP website and download the "HP universal scan - Full Feature software and Driver" from the drivers section and install the scanner. This way, the scanner works properly through Windows and prints quickly. I haven't tried it with USB because it is intended for corporate use. I hope I helped.
