Βασικά πάνω από μια φορά την εβδομάδα εγώ δεν το χρησιμοποιώ..κάθε βδομάδα μια φορά..βαΖεις λίγο..είναι ατελείωτο..βέβαια η συσκευασία κάπως χαλάει θέλει προσοχή και σε δροσερό κ σκιερό μερος
