Description & Specifications

The Finis Evo Monofin has a short blade and a separate, angled position for each foot to support the natural dolphin kick. Its design allows ankle movement and helps maintain the natural position of the feet during the dolphin kick, with the toes turned inward on the downstroke and outward on the upstroke.

The short blade allows for a fast underwater dolphin kick and increases stroke frequency in the full butterfly stroke. The blade’s added resistance helps strengthen the muscles during the upstroke and produce a powerful kick cycle, while the ergonomic design helps prevent skin irritation and strain.
