The Kaissa Citadels board game is a fantasy card game in which players take on different roles each round, recruit characters, and use their abilities to gain gold and build districts. The game ends at the end of the round in which a player builds their eighth district, and the player with the highest score wins.
The goal is to create a great city that will earn its creator the title of Master Builder. This edition includes 27 characters and six preset character and district lists, in addition to the starting list.
