It lasted 3 years, the inner spiral in the sole broke and it is not worth the cost to buy the whole sole. The rest, regarding the battery and effectiveness, are exactly as stated in the other reviews. Due to the weakness it has with the sole's spiral, I would not recommend it

After a year of use, the spiral in the nozzle broke and it stopped sucking. I took it for service to the store where I bought it, and they asked for 130 euros (almost the cost of a new one) for changing the spiral and filters (clogged), which of course are not covered by the warranty as consumables! In other words, after a year of use, it is useless... What a shame for the 210 euros I paid a year ago for its purchase. The purchase was made from Electroholic, which is not an authorized store with Hoover, meaning the warranty is covered by the store and not by Hoover. After contacting Hoover, I was informed that if it had been purchased from an authorized store, they might have covered the replacement of the nozzle. Since it was purchased from Electroholic, Hoover cannot bear the cost, only the authorized store can!!!

We got the model with 2 batteries (HF522STPE 011) because we have a cat at home.
It underwent a durability test and here's what we have to say. The Turbo program on carpets lasted 12 minutes indeed. The charging time was indeed 2 hours and 35 minutes as stated by the manufacturer. Now, as for the normal program, I didn't bother testing it since 40 minutes is too long to vacuum an 80sqm house.
In my opinion, it is lightweight and works just fine as it eliminates the need for cords.
The suction power seems good, and the material quality is equally good. It comes with all the necessary attachments.
Emptying the dustbin is easy with just a push of a button, and it's very helpful that the handheld vacuum and the stick can stand on their own (Photo). I didn't have to drill holes in the wall/furniture to support it.
We have a cat at home. We clean 2 to 3 times a week with an electric vacuum (a €250 Rowenta), but today we were amazed by what was on the carpets. Thanks to the rotating rod of the vacuum, the cat hair along with everything else disappeared. We have 4 large carpets and 3 hallways. The ones in the photos were collected using the Turbo program, which passed the durability test.
I recommend buying it to stay within a normal budget.
Over time, I will have a better picture and will come back for evaluation.
Παραλαβή 05/02/24. Δοκιμή και κριτική βάση μιας ημέρας.
Πήραμε το μοντέλο με τις 2 μπαταρίες (HF522STPE 011) λόγω γάτας στο σπίτι.
Έγινε τεστ χρόνων και έχουμε και λέμε. Το Τούρμπο πρόγραμμα σε χαλιά μου κράτησε 12 λεπτά πράγματι. Η φόρτιση κράτησε όντως 2 ώρες και 35 λεπτά όπως δηλώνει και ο κατασκευαστής. Τώρα για το νορμάλ πρόγραμμα, δεν με ένοιαξε για τεστ μιας και 40 λεπτά είναι πολλά για να σκουπίζω σπίτι των 80τμ.
Κατ'εμέ είναι ελαφριά και μια χαρά αφού γλυτώσεις τα καλώδια.
Απορροφητικότητα δείχνει καλή, ποιότητα υλικών εξίσου. Εξαρτήματα ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι.
Εύκολος τρόπος να αδειάζεις τον κάδο με ένα κουμπί και πολύ βοηθητικό το ότι βγάζεις το σκουπάκι και το καουμπας στο στικ και στέκεται μόνο του (Φωτό). Δεν χρειάστηκε να κλαίω τρύπες σε τοίχο/΄έπιπλο για να την στηρίζω.
Στο σπίτι έχουμε μια γάτα. Καθαρίζουμε 2 με 3 φορές την εβδομάδα με ηλεκτρική σκούπα (Rowenta των 250€) αλλά σήμερα πάθαμε πλάκα με το τί είχανε πάνω τα χαλιά. Χάρη στο σκουπάκι με την περιστρεφόμενη ράβδο, οι τρίχες της γάτας μαζί με όλα τα υπόλοιπα, εξαφανίστηκαν. Έχουμε 4 μεγάλα χαλιά και 3 διαδρόμους. Αυτά στις φωτογραφίες, μαζεύτηκαν με το Τούρμπο πρόγραμμα που έγινε τεστ χρόνου.
Προτείνεται για αγορά για να μείνεις σε ένα νορμάλ budget.
Σε βάθος χρόνου θα έχω καλύτερη εικόνα και θα επανέλθω για αξιολόγηση.

Η αγορά έγινε από το Εlectroholic, το οποίο δεν είναι συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα με τη Hoover, δηλαδή η εγγύηση καλύπτεται από το κατάστημα και όχι από τη Hoover. Μετά από επικοινωνία με τη Hoover, ενημερώθηκα ότι εάν είχε αγοραστεί από συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα μπορεί να κάλυπταν την αλλαγή του πέλματος. Επειδή αγοράστηκε από το Electroholic δεν μπορεί να αναλάβει το κόστος η Hoover, αλλά μόνο το συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα!!!
The internal spiral was cut from the beginning and the "2-year warranty" from hoover asked me for 150 euros for the replacement! (I bought the vacuum cleaner for 170€). Unreliable company and wasted money.
Το εσωτερικό σπιράλ ήταν κομμένο εξ αρχής και η " 2 χρονια εγγύηση" της hoover, μου ζητούσε 150 ευρώ για το ανταλλακτικό! ? (Τη σκουπα την πηρα 170€). Αναξιόπιστη εταιρία και τσάμπα τόσα χρήματα..
The vacuum cleaner is not as powerful as it should be compared to others and in photos you will see its weak point, where it tears. The warranty does not cover it
η σκούπα σε σχέση με άλλες δεν είναι τόσο δυνατή όσο θα πρεπε και σε φωτογραφίες θα δείτε το αδύνατό της σημείο σε ποιο σημείο δηλαδή σκίζεται.

We got the model with 2 batteries (HF522STPE 011) because we have a cat at home.
It underwent a durability test and here's what we have to say. The Turbo program on carpets lasted 12 minutes indeed. The charging time was indeed 2 hours and 35 minutes as stated by the manufacturer. Now, as for the normal program, I didn't bother testing it since 40 minutes is too long to vacuum an 80sqm house.
In my opinion, it is lightweight and works just fine as it eliminates the need for cords.
The suction power seems good, and the material quality is equally good. It comes with all the necessary attachments.
Emptying the dustbin is easy with just a push of a button, and it's very helpful that the handheld vacuum and the stick can stand on their own (Photo). I didn't have to drill holes in the wall/furniture to support it.
We have a cat at home. We clean 2 to 3 times a week with an electric vacuum (a €250 Rowenta), but today we were amazed by what was on the carpets. Thanks to the rotating rod of the vacuum, the cat hair along with everything else disappeared. We have 4 large carpets and 3 hallways. The ones in the photos were collected using the Turbo program, which passed the durability test.
I recommend buying it to stay within a normal budget.
Over time, I will have a better picture and will come back for evaluation.
Παραλαβή 05/02/24. Δοκιμή και κριτική βάση μιας ημέρας.
Πήραμε το μοντέλο με τις 2 μπαταρίες (HF522STPE 011) λόγω γάτας στο σπίτι.
Έγινε τεστ χρόνων και έχουμε και λέμε. Το Τούρμπο πρόγραμμα σε χαλιά μου κράτησε 12 λεπτά πράγματι. Η φόρτιση κράτησε όντως 2 ώρες και 35 λεπτά όπως δηλώνει και ο κατασκευαστής. Τώρα για το νορμάλ πρόγραμμα, δεν με ένοιαξε για τεστ μιας και 40 λεπτά είναι πολλά για να σκουπίζω σπίτι των 80τμ.
Κατ'εμέ είναι ελαφριά και μια χαρά αφού γλυτώσεις τα καλώδια.
Απορροφητικότητα δείχνει καλή, ποιότητα υλικών εξίσου. Εξαρτήματα ότι ακριβώς χρειάζεσαι.
Εύκολος τρόπος να αδειάζεις τον κάδο με ένα κουμπί και πολύ βοηθητικό το ότι βγάζεις το σκουπάκι και το καουμπας στο στικ και στέκεται μόνο του (Φωτό). Δεν χρειάστηκε να κλαίω τρύπες σε τοίχο/΄έπιπλο για να την στηρίζω.
Στο σπίτι έχουμε μια γάτα. Καθαρίζουμε 2 με 3 φορές την εβδομάδα με ηλεκτρική σκούπα (Rowenta των 250€) αλλά σήμερα πάθαμε πλάκα με το τί είχανε πάνω τα χαλιά. Χάρη στο σκουπάκι με την περιστρεφόμενη ράβδο, οι τρίχες της γάτας μαζί με όλα τα υπόλοιπα, εξαφανίστηκαν. Έχουμε 4 μεγάλα χαλιά και 3 διαδρόμους. Αυτά στις φωτογραφίες, μαζεύτηκαν με το Τούρμπο πρόγραμμα που έγινε τεστ χρόνου.
Προτείνεται για αγορά για να μείνεις σε ένα νορμάλ budget.
Σε βάθος χρόνου θα έχω καλύτερη εικόνα και θα επανέλθω για αξιολόγηση.
It does exactly what I expected!! It is perfect for everyday use, the battery easily lasts for 2 cleanings in a 70 sq.m. house by using the turbo mode a little bit. Quite lightweight and well-built!!

It lasted 3 years, the inner spiral in the sole broke and it is not worth the cost to buy the whole sole. The rest, regarding the battery and effectiveness, are exactly as stated in the other reviews. Due to the weakness it has with the sole's spiral, I would not recommend it

As many others have mentioned, but I didn't believe them, within 2 years max, the inner hose will break. And it can't be fixed even with a workaround if the break is big.
Ideal vacuum for me otherwise, but with an expiration date from 2 months up to 2 years max.

For its price, I don't think there's a better one! The lightest in hand of all I've tried, sturdy construction, very absorbent, and easy to clean. Average battery, but personally, we use it in a small house so it meets our needs. We'll see how it holds up over time.

After a year of use, the spiral in the nozzle broke and it stopped sucking. I took it for service to the store where I bought it, and they asked for 130 euros (almost the cost of a new one) for changing the spiral and filters (clogged), which of course are not covered by the warranty as consumables! In other words, after a year of use, it is useless... What a shame for the 210 euros I paid a year ago for its purchase. The purchase was made from Electroholic, which is not an authorized store with Hoover, meaning the warranty is covered by the store and not by Hoover. After contacting Hoover, I was informed that if it had been purchased from an authorized store, they might have covered the replacement of the nozzle. Since it was purchased from Electroholic, Hoover cannot bear the cost, only the authorized store can!!!
Μετά από έναν χρόνο χρήσης κόπηκε το σπιραλ στο πέλμα και σταμάτησε να ρουφάει. Την πήγα για service στο κατάστημα αγοράς της και μου ζήτησαν 130 ευρώ (σχεδόν όσο κοστίζει καινούργια) για αλλαγή σπιράλ και φίλτρων (βουλωμένα), τα οποία φυσικά δεν καλύπτονται από την εγγύηση ως αναλώσιμα! Δηλαδή, μετά από έναν χρόνο χρήσης είναι άχρηστη... Κρίμα τα 210 ευρώ που είχα πληρώσει πριν από έναν χρόνο για την αγορά της.
