Hello, I wrote a ticket to return the package, because it is not working correctly until now. One of the rams is damaged(I atteched a photo with the ticked before) and my pc cannot start up with both (I double checked everything with professionals, without one of two it's starting well). Unfortunately, I couldn't send it back on 31/10, because I was busy and no one contacted me back. I will return the package and I want a refund for it, thanks
