Την συνδεω σε samsung 65 εχω ενεργοποιησει e-arc στην hdmi 3 της tv, εχω δοκιμασει καλωδια hdmi 2.1 και δεν την αναγνωριζει. Εχω βγάλει πρίζες 10 λεπτα από tv και soundbar. Τίποτα. Παίζω μόνο με optical και bluetooth. Ξέρει κανείς πώς να κάνες hard factory reset στη soundbar; Ευχαριστώ
