2-3 φορές την εβδομαδα για αρχη ειναι αρκετές. Με τον καιρό και αφου το δέρμα σου συνηθίσει στην ρετινόλη μπορεις να αυξήσεις σιγα σιγα τις φορές! (πάντα βράδυ και το πρωι αντηλιακό!!)
