MARISEAL 282W is a high and permanent elasticity, cold-applied and cold-polymerized, single-component, hybrid-based polyurethane coating membrane used for long-term waterproofing.

MARISEAL 282W is based on the innovative PUD-TechnologyTM of MARIS POLYMERS S.M.S.A.

• Easy to apply (single-component, ready to use), it polymerizes and creates a seamless elastic hydrophobic membrane.
• Provides vapor permeability, allowing the substrate to breathe. Maintains its mechanical properties at temperatures from 0°C to +80°C.
• Offers high reflectivity to solar radiation, providing better thermal insulation results.
• Provides excellent adhesion across the surface. Bridges micro-cracks. The surface remains walkable.
• The waterproofed surface is suitable for pedestrian traffic (use in private areas). Provides resistance to sunlight.
• In case of mechanical damage to the membrane, it can be easily repaired locally in a few minutes and at a low cost.
