I have the at2035 connected to the first generation audient id4 on my desktop, and I wanted to have a microphone that I can take with me. In terms of build quality, it is sturdy, with a high-quality stand made of plastic. Since I always have a USB-C cable, I simply throw the microphone in my bag. The bright indicator and touch button are very helpful when you are in a meeting. As for the recording quality, one could safely say that it is not necessary to go with XLR in this category. It is a nice and practical condenser microphone.
