And even that is debatable if you consider the high likelihood of an amino spike, since 2 amino acids are in amounts that have no basis for a normal protein, and the term matrix suggests such blends. The flavors have gone bad in some of them over the past year. From me, it’s a pass now. It’s not worth it except as a supplementary option if it drops to 50 euros or less. While the Cookies & Cream flavor dissolves immediately, the Salted Caramel flavor does not dissolve at all. Also, I found its taste unremarkable.

Firstly, the chocolate flavor with water is undrinkable, it's way too sweet and has a weird taste. With milk it's somewhat manageable but definitely not with only 250ml, because it needs more to dilute its intense flavor. In general, it doesn't dissolve completely (I've tried milk, water, yogurt), it always leaves some lumps. Also, I don't know, maybe it's because of the 2kg size, but I've reached a saturation point with the taste to the extent that it makes me nauseous. I also noticed some bloating depending on what I had eaten before taking it.

Coming from gold standard, the difference in taste is definitely big. However, this protein also has good solubility in water and yogurt. Stomach-wise it is also fine, it did not cause bloating. For a more economical solution it is good, but if you can, you pay a little more for the gold.

It has excellent taste, good solubility and the price is very affordable, as are its ingredients which are just fine! I highly recommend it, there is no need to waste money on very expensive proteins when this one is perfect!

It is the cheapest powder I have bought, in my opinion the taste is excellent, solubility is average and inferior to iso, it always leaves a sandy texture. From what I see in the ingredients, it contains a percentage of all forms of powder (con, iso, hydro), I imagine mostly concentrate. A good choice for someone who doesn't want to go into debt because nowadays the prices are like a joke.

The best protein I have ever tried! It has very good solubility, the flavors I have tried are exactly as described, and finally, it is effective regarding daily protein intake, which, if combined with exercise and a good diet, the results are obvious!!! I will definitely buy it again!

It dissolves very easily, I tried it with hazelnut milk. As for the taste, I got the milk chocolate and it's borderline bland, next time I'll try something else.

Very good solubility. I mix it for a long time in a mixer but still solid pieces remain. Also, the "unflavored" taste is awful and has a cardboard-like texture.

The chocolate is so-so but I'm not really a big fan personally. On the other hand, the cookies and crème is amazing. Especially if you add 300ml water and 100ml milk and blend it with ice, it's like a milkshake. Personally, when I drink it it feels a bit heavy but it doesn't leave me feeling bloated. I think it's a fair choice for its price and in the future I will definitely try other flavors as well.
