The arnica cream is enhanced with:

• Horse chestnut oil
• Lavender oil
• Hemp oil

These ingredients offer relaxation and calmness to the skin. Arnica has been traditionally used for muscle pain after a fall or hit, for bruises and minor injuries. Apply a sufficient amount to the area where needed with gentle movements. Use 2-3 times a day.
