Within a three-month period, they were tested both on 3-4 local ascents of moderate difficulty, as well as on 2 with tougher terrain, culminating in a 3-day ascent-hike on Mount Olympus. They perfectly cover almost every three-season scenario, as well as scenarios that combine hiking with sections of climbing (via ferrata). Their strong point is descents with a steep incline, as the second lace stabilizes the foot so it doesn't hit the front of the shoe. Very good grip on rock (even when wet) and soil.
