The event happened that my order - 2 shock absorbers for the Opel Astra H GTC was made in a magically WRONG way.... this is the first time this has happened to me even though I order quite a bit online, especially from Skroutz, it's not the amount because you can't really call it tragic 23 euros but.... I called a number that was listed on the site and a gentleman (from Crete, I am from Thessaloniki) answered me saying "patience brother, let me get into the system to tell you" and.... after he clarified my order and we saw the mistake, which we are all human and mistakes happen, and showing on Viber what we were discussing... dude, right on the spot he sent me the correct shock absorbers with a courier - his own expense, which I received and returned the wrong product to Crete in 2 days.... excellent professional BRAVO!!! As for the quality of the shock absorbers, from what I saw the markings on them are of German origin, they work perfectly thank you!!!
