    It's not flash, it has chunky glitter. In the photos, it is applied over nude brown acrygel from Elixir (the nude brown is a very soft nude, basically almost skin-colored) and it somehow changes the shade a bit towards grey. Directly under a strong lamp it has a somewhat flash effect, otherwise it's just like a glitter
