Users consider the device reliable and mainly praise its easy installation and smooth operation. They say it works well for years, while the drivers and installation instructions make it easy to use. However, some find the setup confusing and point out that it lacks a USB-C port.
Works just fine. Installation and settings are a bit confusing but once done it works great. -1 star because it's not usb-c.
Update: 1 year later it still works fine, with winget on Windows the software updates perfectly. However, for up to 3MB, you go to gov.gr and sign, it's accepted as properly signed and with genuine signature. So you don't need EDDY.

Reliable device, I have been using it for a while now without any issues. The people at the company were very helpful and assisted me with any questions I had.
Exactly what it promises.
Until today no problem, until I forgot my passwords and I don't have a digital signature
