Description

Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure a higher airflow than original paper filters. BMC fiberglass filters minimize pressure loss of the airflow passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully utilizing maximum power.

Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers, using advanced software and the latest technologies, produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter must be very light, made from the best raw materials and enhance performance. Only woven alloys with an epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to moisture. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the signature red BMC filters. They are manufactured as a single piece without welded joints at the corners, avoiding the risks of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," comes from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and qualitative characteristics of BMC air filters.
