The Misty Dough-Pastry Perforation Roller by Nava is the ideal tool for piercing your dough and pastry to prevent them from puffing up. Suitable for making pizza, pie, sweet or savory tart, and crackers.

The small spikes on the roller create holes on the surface of the dough, reducing the formation of bubbles and preventing unwanted swelling or bubbles during baking. Much easier, faster, and definitely more fun than using a fork, while also preventing deep holes that a fork would cause. Simply roll it over the dough sheet and you will have easily and uniformly perforated dough, without the need for other kitchen tools and without wondering if you have added enough holes.

Made of durable plastic, it is suitable for food contact. It has an ergonomic, non-slip handle for comfortable grip and a practical hole at the end for hanging. The roller can be detached from the handle for easier cleaning.
