Performance:BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure a higher airflow than original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize pressure loss of airflow passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for full utilization of maximum power.
Design and Materials:BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter is very lightweight, made from the best raw materials, and improves performance. Woven alloys with an epoxy coating are used to protect against gasoline fumes and moisture-induced oxidation. The filtering material is a specially treated cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil, offering maximum air permeability.
Advanced Technology:BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risks of breaking. This system, known as "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
