Description

Rust stabilizer Minoxil Beissier 1ltr that dissolves and prevents rust. For use before primers.

FEATURES:
  • Dissolves and prevents rust formation by penetrating deep into the application surface.
  • Removes salts.
  • Loosens metallic objects (screws, etc.) that have become stuck due to rust.
  • Enhances and strengthens the adhesion of enamels and varnishes on the stabilized surface.
  • Colorless.
Areas of application:

Stabilizes and removes rust from metal surfaces, garden furniture, balconies, terraces, etc. For the preparation of surfaces made of iron, steel, zinc, and galvanized iron before applying their specialized primers.

Application:
  • Remove all possible parts to reach the rusted surface.
  • Remove all loose spots using a wire brush.
  • Remove any traces of wax or oil and eliminate blisters and old layers of paint and varnish.
  • Apply Minoxil with a brush on the rusted surface and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Then, when the Minoxil is dry, clean the surface with a damp cloth. Fill a small container with Minoxil and submerge the small metallic items you wish to de-rust.
  • Severely rusted surfaces should be treated twice with a 30 to 60-minute gap between the two applications. The application of an anti-corrosive primer or two layers of protective enamel is recommended immediately after treatment with Minoxil and in any case within 48 hours after application.
