Ναι μπορείς. Εξαιρετικό προϊόν. Τίναξε τον Σίδηρό μου 50% επιπλέον σε λιγότερο από 1 μήνα. Το παίρνω συστηματικά. Σε κάθε περίπτωση ρώτησε γιατρό. Εγώ έχω σιδηροπενία.
