Βοηθούν πολύ στο να δυναμώσουν τα νύχια, τα μαλλιά (σύντομα θα δεις πολλές νέες φυτρες), βελτιώνουν την όψη του δέρματος, αλλά και στα φρύδια θα παρατηρήσεις ότι βγαίνουν πιο γρήγορα οι τρίχες που έχουμε βγάλει.
