Nostos Pure spearmint essential oil is derived from the leaves of the Mentha spicata plant and obtained by steam distillation. It has a fresh, camphoraceous aroma, milder than that of peppermint, and is green to pale yellow in colour.

For use on the skin, the oil must be diluted in a carrier oil at a ratio of up to 5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of carrier oil. Do not apply directly to the body. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
